Sherman Theatre

The Sherman Theatre opened on August 2, 1926, as a silent movie/vaudeville theatre. In its ninety-plus years, it has undergone many changes, advancing with upgrades in technology through the decades. Gems from the past have been uncovered and are visible in the lobby and auditorium. It is literally, according to our elevation, “The top motion picture theatre in the State of Kansas." -John Golden
